BW was set up by Tony Hussain 10 years ago in 2014 to identify and buy land for development in the UK for student accommodation, built-to-rent and hotels. We are open to joint ventures with major developers and investors from abroad and the UK, especially from the Midddle-East. We have strong track record to deliver.

Bw closely works with communities and our network of property and land owners in major cities. On some deals we have to work with 4 or 5 owners and for the developer it’s much easier to work with BW to finalise the deal as BW has secured the land to deliver to the developer.
